The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
Didn’t bother to show up to the initial walk through or message advising she wasn’t coming.
The clean was WAY below par.
Complete lack of communication to the point of me ceasing service after one clean and asking for my keys back, which I was told would not be for at least 5 days due to the owner/operator being ‘sick’. I repeatedly offered to collect my keys from the site letterbox to accommodate this (I pretty much begged) and was refused.
I was yelled at and spoken to in the rudest way via messenger.
Using this companies services resulted in me having to get my house re keyed with little hope of ever seeing my old keys again.
Would NOT recommend to ANYONE EVER!!
Absolute nightmare of an experience if I could give it a minus star ratting I would.
Expensive, unreliable and the job was not completed or done at all well. Do NOT waste your money with BonStar
