Dealing with this business has reinforced my belief in that when you purchase clothing online make sure that you purchase the item from a store that has sizing that you are familiar with. I purchased a dress that was supposed to be an Australian size 18. It should have fitted me easily. When the item arrived it definitely was not a size 18. I returned the item was informed that the company would only refund the cost of the dress not the cost of the postage which was $12. Any future online purchases of clothing and footwear will be because the local retailer does not stock the item I want.

Even better is that you can return anything for any reason and get a refund. And when you return it you only have to post it to an address in South Australia, not overseas which is much cheaper.
