I checked information and made sure a business was opened before I went to redeem a voucher. When I arrived at the location there were no signs that restaurant would be opening on time and it didn't. I contacted Groupon was informed that there needed to be an "investigation" a few days later I was informed that they were "still seeking solutions". I rang the company and was informed that I would need to allow 7 working days because there were a lot of complaints to investigate. Australia Day means that I will need to wait even longer. If I was with any other company I would have the amount returned to me as credit to use on another deal. I was planning to make another purchase from Groupon but will not now. Groupon where admin is more importen than customers.

Dealing with this business has reinforced my belief in that when you purchase clothing online make sure that you purchase the item from a store that has sizing that you are familiar with. I purchased a dress that was supposed to be an Australian size 18. It should have fitted me easily. When the item arrived it definitely was not a size 18. I returned the item was informed that the company would only refund the cost of the dress not the cost of the postage which was $12. Any future online purchases of clothing and footwear will be because the local retailer does not stock the item I want.

I had been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by this company today. On one of my visits to the letterbox I discovered a card in my letter box saying that a delivery had been attempted and that I needed to go and collect the parcel from a post office that is in the opposite direction of my usual travel. I rang the company and was told that something might be able to be done if he had not already been to the post office. If the parcel had reached the post office then nothing could be done. She was "Sorry". Her "Sorry" did not take the amount of time that I would need to spend collecting the parcel. I contacted the company and they are going to arrange to have the item redelivered. While I was resolving the matter with the sender we discovered that no provision is made to give special delivery instructions. If this facility had been available then maybe the situation would not have occurred. I spoke to my neighbor about courier companies and he told that he did not have a good opinion of the company. My impression of your company today is that it is a can't do company that I will avoid in the future.
