Recently moved to the city too and generally find the standards and enthusiasm of customer service at all Boost outlets here way lower. Grabbed a b'day boost from Boost at Harbourtown last month, was pretty happy with the cheerful birthday greeting. Kinda obscure location far from the bus stop on opposite side of harbourtown shopping centre. Usually minimal waiting time because of the location though, which is a plus point!

I am a loyal boost customer,and have always found personal & prompt service to be a strong point of the franchise generally.I recently moved in to this area near Harbourtown so was appalled when getting my regular brekkie 2go.The operator seemed more interested in her mobile than running a business. There was no Questioning my nme for the order,noQuestion for my vibe card and it took ages.
