Boarders is a great place in town to visit if you've got some time to kill. Great range of magazines, heaps of imported ones.

A very good range of 'popular' books. The prices however are a bit high compared to department stores and places like Kmart so its good to go there have a browse then get the book elsewhere.

Love how the staff don't mind if you sit down and read the books (they've got chairs upstairs)

Wide range of books, friendly service and a cafe. It's a good place to shop for books, and they also have Dvd's and a whole range of other products. It's somewhere i like shopping for gifts.

Borders is a lovely store to visit if you know what you are looking for and where to find it. God help you if you don't, because there is never anyone available to help. It's great to be able to refuel with a coffee, in store, mid-read.

There was an amazing selection of books, all at decent prices. There was also a good selection of CDs. There weren't enough staff to keep up with demand, however the staff were very helpful to speak to. It's also pretty cool having the cafe inside.

A good bookshop that has it all. Once you have purchased your book you can sit back and relax in the coffee shop. At times I find the staff to be a little rude. But otherwise the atmosphere is great.

Best prices in adelaide for most books. Have a big range and always have some good specials. Books DVDs and music, as well as a coffee shop in the back. Best day to day book store.

Steady on tiger.. I don't think they are the best prices on books in Adelaide. Any general bookshop is cheap. They have one or two specials and then the back list is more expensive than the shops 100 metres down the road. For CD's and DVD's go to JB Hifi for cheap prices and a better range.

A very pleasant store with plenty of coverage of a wide range of topics. Browsing at your leisure is great without pesky sales people bothering you. Also have great email newsletter that gives you great vouchers.

Approximate cost: $40
