A good bookstore - large compared to normal ones, but not as big as other Borders ones. It has Gloria Jeans - yummo! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular book and so they looked it up for me then looked on the shelves. When they realised it wasn't there they rang up the other stores to find out if anyone else had one and offered to have it sent in for me. I much prefer Borders to the other bookstores.

I love browsing the bookshelves at Upper Mt Gravatt's Borders. The staff are so friendly and they actually go out of their way to get you want you were looking for.

One time an employee ran all over the store for one book just for me. I was beyond thankful. Another time, I had trouble singing up with their online store and an employee took me through it step by step and help me order over 5 books online in one day. Their pricing help too.

I really enjoyed looking through the store the staff there were every heplful, there is so much to look at. Them before making up your mind on what to buy from all those books, you can sit down and have a good look at. Over all a great shop

I love spending hours searching for new books on their bookshelves. I have found more than 20 new books to read simply by browsing their shelves, along with 7 new authors to hunt for. I found Richelle Mead's dark swan series, I can't wait for the next book Iron crown to go on sell. It will be brought at Borders. I defiantly live on their website awaiting news of a new release.

Just loved Borders in Iowa, now elated that they are here in QLD, with same wonderful services and great people, WITH coffee shop inside. The store entry says "come in and browse" and that is what I do. The genre is easily distinguishable with a wide range of popular authors plus the hard to get authors. I was searching for a language dictionary from 1800's and they were able to locate for me and get in for me.

Approximate cost: $30.00

Everytime I've come here to look for a specific item, the staff have always been super friendly. There is a great corner for the kids to check out all the latest books, and they have a huge variety. I think the best thing about this place, you can easily lose an hour or more just wandering the shelves.

Very helpful staff, obviously trained in great customer service, lots of things to choose from which made it easy to buy multiple presents for the kids birthdays, just an overall great retail experience which is hard to come by.

I really love being allowed to look through books and magazines while sipping my coffee. The staff are very helpful and most books are available. The children's book section is wonderful. I have bought many a classic and many other contemporary books from here.
