Appalling. Received order - incorrectly spelt stickers but correctly spelt on the invoice! I’ve tried emailing & calling numerous times with no reply or answer. I’ve paid for an unusable product without rectification. Do not use! Go elsewhere!
Now I have the whole process of trying to recover my money as I didn’t get the product I paid for. Very disappointing

Ordered through their scoupon deal. Item never arrived, never responded to my email until I sent a dispute through paypal then quick as you like I get a email 'cancelled order' Still waiting for refund and refund from Scoupon. DO NOT USE

order from this company just because of the deal I got, nearly a month haven't received my order yet and no communication. tried to contact them. really not worth it to wait for, a lot of other companies will do better than this. not recommend.

I purchased a scoopon voucher , went to the Bosco Bear website to enter voucher number. Had a lot of difficulty fitting my childs long surname into the prescribed area as the area wasnt big enough, so had to call 3 times to resolve this, very unused friendly site. Finally 6 weeks later the labels arrived, but I ordered clothing labels and actual stickers for lunchboxes arrived. I called the company again to report this, and the generic operator said someone in operations would call me back , but no one ever did... The labels were not what I wanted and didnt look great either quality wise. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Ordered Labels over 1 month ago, no communication from Business, When I contacted them they assured me labels would arrive by end of week( which they didnt) so I recontacted them and after 1 month finally received a refund. Not worth the hassle when so many other label companies out there provide a quality product and fast turn around.

I ordered a few different types of labels from Bosco Bear earlier this year. They took more than 5 weeks to arrive which meant they weren't here in time for the start of school. When I complained the owner was very courteous and agreed to send a new batch to make up for the delay, however they never arrived. The quality of the labels is quite poor, after two months they are all peeling off drink bottles etc. I have bought labels from a few different companies now and I definitely won't be buying from this one again.

I ordered some labels before Christmas for my oldest boy for School. Unfortunately though they got lost in the mail. When I rang the company they were very apologetic about it and sent some more labels to me straight away.

The labels are good quality and come in various designs, sizes and shapes. They have got good wear and tear and have been on my containers and through the dishwasher heaps of times and still look new. Very pleased with them.

I now have 2 sets of labels (1 set each for my girls) and a personalised cushion for my little boy and all of it is FANTASTIC! Such great quality! My kids LOVE the cushion too! Thanks BoscoBear!!!
