Unfortunately, Bottega just did not deliver a good enough experience for me to want to return, especially considering the number of very good alternatives on either side or across the street. Fritto misto was just a bunch of fried stuff with no defining flavour or style, the seafood was of a good quality but the way it was cooked and treated did not no it favours. As for the steak, same story. Simply plated like a home cooked dinner with chips and sauce on the side, the steak had good flavours and was a decent cut of meat, but there was no wow/defining character.
Disappointing for a restaurant that is clearly priced in the upper tier of above average restaurants.

I know this has been around for a while so I guess I went in with much higher expectations. Food was ok, presentation is nice but I didn't feel like my gnocchi was worth the price I paid for. I also found our waitress to be on the slow side and not very talkative neither.

Intimate atmosphere with just the right mix of formal and comfortable. Great food and wine and good service. I visited using my Entertainment card, which made the pricing even better
