I used to get my coffee here quite frequently; however I believe that the management has changed recently and the coffee is now on the verge of undrinkable. I have had it twice since the changes occurred. The first time I thought they had mixed up my order and given me soy/alternative milk, so I felt compassionate towards them and kept my mouth shut (literally, because it tasted terrible). But the second time it was just as bad and I would have returned it if I wasn't running late for work. The price has also increased by 50c for a small coffee since the previous management.

Service is okay, but staff members aren't overly friendly and seem fairly involved in focusing on what they're doing rather than who they're serving.

The food used to be quite good and the menu seems to have remained the same/similar, but I have not eaten here recently so am unable to comment on the current quality.

Little cafe located near Zimmermann and FAT store, my friend and I wanted to try something different from the usual food court stuff. The waiter seated us immediately but after that it took 15mins for them to take our order. The cafe wasn't very busy with customers so we weren't sure why it took so long. My friend had the tuna sandwich and I ordered the chicken burger - chicken-mince patty, smashed avocado, tomato, lettuce, baby rocket & mayo, with a side of homemade baked potatoes.

The chicken burger was amazing - the patty was cooked perfectly. Potato wedges, however, was very bland and basic. They were hand cut, oven-baked wedges but there was no colour or crispiness to them at all.

Food-wise, I was very impressed with the burger and would definitely recommend that to others. However, the service was terrible. After waiting 15mins for a waiter to take out order, it took another 30-45mins for our food to come out, which we thought was absolutely ridiculous. A waiter did say that the reason it was taking so long was because of the burger... But honestly, being a cafe in a busy shopping centre, they should really think about changing their menu if the cooking time for food is going to be that long. Most people wouldn't wait 30mins for a burger...

Probably won't return any time soon. They also have muffins and other pastries on the menu, so if you're looking to try Bouchee, these may be your best options.

Approximate cost: $14
