Boucle

I'm thrilled to have found Boucle within walking distance of my home. Not only is Sarah the best cutter I've had in 20 years (I have short, fine hair) there's no pretension, no waiting around endlessly, and no dramas. Previously I went to a big name salon in Paddington with nightmare parking and outrageous prices but at Boucle I'm happier with the cut and colour and I pay about half the "Oxford St" cost!

Not only is Sarah the best cutter I've had in 20 years (I have short, fine hair) there's no pretension, no waiting around endlessly, and no dramas. Previously I went to a big name salon in Paddington with nightmare parking and outrageous prices but at Boucle I'm happier with the cut and colour and I pay about half the "Oxford St" cost!

Sarah and her small team are brilliant. Located amongst a small group of boutique shops on Bellevue Road its super peaceful. Sarah who owns and runs the salon is why I continue to go back. She cares about your hair and isnt just churning through clients. Nor does she try and sell you all the latest and greatest must have hair products. My hair gets healthier and healthier with every visit. Unlike other hairdressers Boucle can always fit me in they dont have 1000s of clients, meaning that they are booked out from here until Christmas. They are also very flexible happy to open early or stay open a bit later to get the job done. They are also very reasonably priced, especially given their location. I love going to Boucle whether it be for the full service (cut, colour, blow-dry) or just for a blow-dry and a treatment on a Saturday morning. Its the most relaxing time of my week.
