Bounceback Physio

Followed Amy from her previous practice and hope to never leave! Amy has kept this 62 yo in one piece for long enough for me to do several 10 - 15k fun runs, and now doing Pilates at her practice.

Bounceback Physio is a group of highly trained and competent physiotherapists. I initially received treatment for a sports related injury and following rehabilitation now attend weekly pilates sessions to improve my health and fitness. The staff are very professional and friendly and I highly recommend them for physiotherapy and pilates.

As I start to decline from a muscle degenerative disease Amy and staff are greatly helping keep my legs and lower back functioning, enabling me to remaiin mobile. Excellent physio and pilates instruction, along with a focussed and caring attitude

I was diagnosed with RSI (Repetitive Stress Injury) in my right hand/arm a few months back and needed to get physio started as soon as possible to fix the problem, at a time which suited me.
Amy was able to see me the same day after work at 6:30pm. My follow-up appointments have been on a Saturday morning, which again suited me perfectly!
Service is friendly and quality of service is great!
