Excellent dentist and receptionist. They are professional and always check up carefully and trustworthy. Plus there is Further 10-15% for melbourne uni students and staff.

I've been to various dental clinics and this is the best one I've been to for the following reasons:
- Genuinely friendly staff including the receptionist
- Staff provide explanations of procedures and the importance of dental regimes
- Staff are gentle while cleaning teeth
- Nice environment
- Referral movie vouchers
- Showbag each time you visit.

I'm glad I have finally found a great dental clinic and will definitely be a repeat client.

I went for a simple check-up a few weeks ago and was surprised with how great the experience was sonce I have a bit of a fear for the dentist. Lovely waiting room that is never full which creates a calming atmosphere, soft background music and extremely friendly dental assistants/receptionists! The dentist I saw was lovely, put me at ease right away and explained everything to me on a way that made me forget to stress! As a members choice providor with Medibank the rates are very reasonable also. I plan to go back next month to get my teeth whitened!

Going to Bouverie have been the only occasions that I've had an amazing dental experience. The staff are kind and caring (have called me several days after an extraction to check how I'm doing) and the dentist I see (Matthew Soon) is extremely professional, hasn't pressured me to get more work than I need to done and has been extremely patient with my anxiety and made allowances for it at every opportunity. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, especially those who have had bad experiences in the past.
