GREAT BLINDS GUYS! EVERYTHING WENT WELL FROM THE START WITH THE QUOTE THE MEASURE AND THE FITTING. WISH I'D GOT THEM YEARS AGO, BEST THING I EVER DID!!

Just wanted to let everyone know about the great awning that my Mum got from Bozzy. My Mum is quite elderly and hard of hearing so I organised the quote and order for her. I couldn't be there for the install, but the guys that came to put up the awning were so good to Mum, very polite and very patient with her. Mum just loves the awning, and so do her neighbours, so much so that 2 of her neighbours have now ordered one!! After looking at all the Bozzy products and seeing the great service and product that Mum got, I've now ordered two Channel blinds, they go up next week, really looking forward to it!!! :)

This experience could have been better, they said the delivery is generally 4 wks, so we asked for a specific date in 6 wks time. Checked a week before, not looked at our job... got cracking. day before... excuses and framework still at powdercoaters. So specific day,,,, no call... no one here. After making a few calls with no answers. nearly gave up on it happening. Arrived the day after, ready to install, only to find pieces missing and the two small sections dont fit!! DUHHHHH.... how many more mistakes... You would think if the parts weren't on the job they would get them done ready for when they can come back and install... nooo that would be professional... Still waiting three months after installation and absolutely no communication
