Brad Goodwin's Digital Antenna Installations

I requested Brad to wallmount four TVs as well as a soundbar in my apartment. I also requested Brad to run CAT6 cabling to connect three of the TVs to my modem/router. This all sounded quite simple to me until Brad came across problems with my living room wall where the 65in TV and soundbar were to be wallmounted. But, after I told Brad that as long as I received my end result, I didn't care what he had to do with the wall. Brad had to do a bit of work on the wall but I was very satisfied with the result. A bit of plastering and painting and the wall looks great. Brad has a way of finding solutions to any problems. Because of the wall issue his initial quote had to be amended but the end quote was very well priced and acceptable. I was also extremely satisfied with the quality of his work; his friendliness; his ability to work with me on any requests; and above all his professionalism. I highly recommend Brad to anyone considering making any changes to the AV setup in their home. Brad did an awesome job from start to finish and it really was an end-to-end job. He helped us figure out what would best suit our particular media room, he helped us sort out positioning and making sure everything would look ok, and then he did an awesome job of doing the actual installation.

Brad gave us an honest quote and even though the job ran a bit longer he still honored it. Again, I highly recommend Brad to anyone doing AV changes or upgrades, you will not regret it! It's not everyday that you find someone with integrity so when you do, you stick with them and spread the word. Not quite sure when I'll be doing any upgrades again but for everyone I know who does I will be putting in a good word for Brad.

I was given Brad's business card when I bought my smart TV.
I was impressed by Brad's quick response. Brad was able
to explain that the bracket I was sold was not right for my TV. He took time with the explanation. He asked me to measure several things in my house to determine what bracket I would need. He immediately impressed me with his overall knowledge. Brad then went ahead and ordered the correct bracket.
My job was a little different. Brad persevered, made suggestions and solved each problem in a very professional manner.
Overall my contact with Brad was positive. He mounted My smart TV , installed my Fetch TV box and hid all the cables all at a good price.
Brad confirmed when he was arriving and was on time.
I have no hesitation in recommending Brad as an installer.

Brad came in a very short time, did a wonderful job, added extras for nothing and was very, very reasonably priced. I have had no trouble with the work he did and he was so thorough even when the job was a little difficult.

Brad came out the day after I called for a quote and mounted two TVs in my new house. He even came out a few weeks later to adjust my TV for me when my couch arrived and I had trouble moving it.

Brad arrived at time booked. Friendly and efficient. I was expecting we'd need to update our antenna and possibly the wiring also. But no, Brad was honest thankfully, and lack of digital reception was simply due to one faulty socket, which he replaced on the spot. After testing reception was working for all 3 outlets, the job was done. We were very happy with his service and will recommend him with confidence.

Thanks Brad for your patience and thoroughness in checking all avenues to see why we were not getting television signals at various times. You found the problem and you explained in simple terms the technicalities involved so that I could understand the problem and the solution!

Brad replaced our old antenna, amplifier, splitter and power injector. There was a small issue that prevented the power injector working immediately, but Brad tracked it very systematically to the new amplifier, which appeared to be not 100% reliable, so he switched it to ensure there were no long-term issues.

Brad is a true professional. There are many good tradesmen, and they do a perfectly adequate job. Professionalism, on the other hand, can be learned to a degree, but it is obvious when it is a natural part of a person's personality. Brad has professionalism in abundance. His actions from road to roof and back again displayed all the hallmarks of a naturally professional, highly capable, customer-focussed expert ... as well as being a fine gentleman.

I have absolutely no hesitation in giving Brad the highest recommendation.

Brad adjusted a set top box so we could get SBS. (needed to be reset). He adjusted an Antenna that I had mounted upside down and installed a better wiring connection. Tested everything to ensure good signal strength. A great bloke, friendly, honest and he explained everything.

Brad was so helpful to me, I rang because I couldn't get channel 7 or any sevens , he came out and fixed it but I did need a new antenna best reception now thanks 👍it was nice to have a nice and pleasant person also helped me with Freeview

Brad knows his trade and spent a lot of time finding the perfect place for the antenna. Reception now on all channels is excellent!

Brad contacted me with 30mins of my expression of interest in obtaining a quote. He was accommodating with my time frame and was happy to answer any questions.

Brad replaced and old antenna and installed a new. He made sure that reception was fine on all our Tv's and explained everything to my wife and I. He spent time helping me set a set top box (which he did not have to) and made sure that both my wife and I were satisfied with the job that was done.

I had bought a new TV & reception from the existing antennae was dropping in & out.
Brad checked all the TVS outlets found the problem & supplied & fitted a new antennae & splitters on a blistering hot day.

I initially contacted Brad to install an antenna in our new house. I wanted to use a local business and was impressed with Brads webpage and information. My first contact with Brad was positive. This wasn't only a job for Brad, this was his passion. His knowledge about the digital age was impressive and most importantly comforting to know that Brad was able to do everything I needed.
Brad confirmed our appointment and on the day he called to confirm his arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and he discussed what he would do. He confirmed why he was putting an aerial in a particular place and confirmed the quality or reception with his electronic reader. (No guess work)!

I needed to mount a TV and sort out cabling to hide all the cords and connect to my AV reciever. Brad could do this! Brad mounted my TV, connected the aerials and HDMI cables, wired up my speakers etc all for a very reasonable price
