I needed some old leaking external taps replaced, a spa disconnected and some storm water piping attended to. Brad was able to complete the work quickly & efficiently, fitting in with my time constraints, at a reasonable cost & even with a quick return visit (at no extra charge!) to get the new drainage pit just right! The kitchen drain was blocked. Wasn't sure is it was tree roots or a simple blockage. Brad gave likely scenarios, with costs to repair, over the phone. I called Brad because my toilet cistern was leaking, and we made an appointment time. He arrived on time and I appreciated that he took his shoes off before coming into my house. He fixed the leaking cistern and checked the rest of the system, giving me advice on another part that would need replacing soon. He offered several payment options, including EFT, which I thought was great. I highly recommend Brad.

I called Brad out to fix three leaking taps. Unfortunately it wasn't all straight forward as I expected as the parts had to be sourced from specialist shops which took a bit of time. While we were waiting for the parts Brad replaced the leaking taps with temporary ones. Brad conducted himself very professionally, did not charge for extra visits, charged a very reasonable sum for the job he did and was very flexible. I have used Brad in the past for other jobs (new downpipe and creating a small slab for tilting hot water system) and he was great with those jobs as well.

I wanted to get my water filter connected to the sink for fresh water. I had another plumber come and look at the job and he obviously thought it was too hard and didn't come back. When Brad came he was proactive in looking for a solution to be able to perform the job. He did a fantastic job and it was nowhere near as difficult as the other fellow had made it out to be. Just needed some thought. Brad was terrific, and priced the job extremely reasonably compared to the other fellow.
