I parked here over Christmas, and while the parking experience and drop off/pick up at the airport was fine, I paid (in advance) for a full car clean (inside and out) and polish. When I picked up the car, the centre console had not been wiped or vacuumed free of dust, and neither had the boot area so I certainly don't believe the interior clean had been done (although they may have vacuumed the floor mats). I rang twice, and although they assured be they'd check with the detailer they never got back to me. I paid for a service I didn't receive, and am therefore not happy. Park there - fine, but don't pay to have your car detailed.

I had 4 ceiling fans installed, a light switch moved, and 2 air-conditioning units serviced. I left a query online with Crown Power after reading reviews on WOMO. They got back to me within hours, came out to quote (at the agreed time) 2 days later, and performed the work that week. Communication was great, they were very prompt and polite, gave good advice without being pushy, listened to what I wanted, and double-checked the important details. The job was done well (and left tidy) and at a fair price. Excellent service - thoroughly recommended.

I called on Monday morning after hearing things running around in the ceiling - I wasn't sure if it was possums or rats. The lady on the phone was quite helpful, and although she couldn't promise to get someone around that day (while I was at home), I did get a call a couple of hours later and Neil came around to check out the problem. Very knowledgeable and talkative, he confirmed it was rats, that they hadn't (yet) chewed any wiring, and discussed options for solving the problem. So, overall, service was prompt, helpful, friendly, and came with no nasty surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Recommended.

Karl arrived on time (the same day I rang), and was courteous and helpful. He explained what he was doing at each step, and made sure I was aware of the options and costs of the alternative approaches. He didn't try to over sell. The job required getting into my roof space multiple times (which is not fun on a warm day with scratchy insulation), but the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

When i rang at 8am they promised to have someone there that morning to attend my mains leak. Plumber arrived at 1pm (after i called to find out what was going on) but didn't have the correct tools for the job. I understand it was a non-standard pipe for a mains connection (but not uncommon elsewhere), but the job was straight forward - no digging or diagnostics involved. Finally got water back at 5pm, and was charged over $300. Ouch.
