During the recent lockdown in Melbourne, I called Bradmac in a panic as my elderly father’s heating system had stopped working.

The Service Department went above and beyond to assist by organising a technician to attend and repair the system within two hours of my call.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Bradmac team. The technician on site followed COVIDSafe protocols and the report I received on completion of the works was extremely detailed.

Bradmac were recommended to me by a friend who has used them for his heating and cooling since the early 90s and based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending them too.

I had new gas heating installed last year that I am still totally happy with. The technicians then were professional and efficient and respectful of my home.
This week I had two split systems air conditioners installed in the lounge and bedroom and again, was totally impressed with the technicians and their quiet way of going about their business. They know their products well and will offer advice and information regarding using the product. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional Bradmac were from my first 'emergency' phone call to their service department to the follow-up emails from their Operations Manager after completing our new ducted gas heating installation.
