Horrible customer service, felt very uncomfortable the whole time. 'Meg' not only made me self conscious, but made me feel bad about my body as she looked me up and down whilst waxing (Italian heritage). Will not be going back, nor recommending it to anyone. Quite expensive for the quality too.
I used to go the the salon in Redcliffe and see a girl there who when i moved down here told me they had a salon in adelaide. I no longer felt nervous about finding a new beautician as it feels like i never left.. its in a good location parking is free and staff are soo friendly, highly recommended
I recently moved to North Adelaide and needed to find a salon that could take care of all my waxing needs. After searching the internet I came across Brazilian Beauty, a beautiful professional website and needless to say when I actually made the appointment I was not disappointed from the level of service that I received. Well done to all the girls, I am now a huge fan of Brazilan Beauty.
Had my first ever brazilian with my therapist named Meghan, she was so reassuring and had great knowledge about waxing. Fantastic rapport and the salon smelt and looked lovely! I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants quality and value for money!
I've been a loyal customer of BB for many years. Pls be aware of pricing extortion. A staff member explained that if you do not return for treatment within the timeframe they determine, you're charged as a "First Visit", appox 10+% more. Basically, if you don't go as often as BB dictates, it'll cost you more, regardless of your loyalty, regardless of the fact you've been 100's of time before, it'll be charged as your "First Visit". 11 weeks is not frequent enough. I understand 9 weeks isn't either. None of this is revealed up front to the client. Check your receipts to see if you've been a victim of extortion.

Very pleased, before going I had never had a brazillian wax or any wax for that matter. They did a fantastic job, very nice and professional staff. I definitely recommend going here.

Had waxing done here once, and i wasn't impressed. Rough service and not thorough. But the salon does look lovely.
Fantastic promotions, excellent professional and friendly service. Prices are quite affordable as well - there might be cheaper places around but I highly doubt their quality would be comparable
