I had my appointment Thursday last week, I returned home only to notice that my legs were still full of hair, she hadn’t even bothered to go over anything, and when I checked myself after the Brazilian I had to go around and feel my whole self around And tell her that they were still hairs on my intimate areas
and her response was. I can’t feel it. I have my gloves on, fair enough but you can see it and you can go over things. I literally paid nearly $150 just to still have hair in my crack and on my legs.

I have been going to Brazilian Butterfly Taylors Lakes for some years now and can only say that the service is amazing. Emily has been doing my spray tans and waxing lately and hasn’t disappointed. She listens to what I want and gets it right every time.. All the girls are fantastic and I highly recommend this business.

Went in for a brazilian wax... Urrrrrgh.
I get one of these done every 4-6 weeks, I decided to give BB in Essendon a try as I'm visiting in Melbourne. Don't go there! When I went to get dressed there were bits of wax/lotion etc still on me that I had to wipe off. I noticed once I got home that I had a patch of bruising or maybe it's a burn, I dont know what it is exactly, and my skin was prickly, red and irritated. There were a lot of hairs missed on my bikini line, and random hairs missed else where that I've had to remove myself. She was too quick and careless, and it makes me mad when charged $48 for the displeasure of such bad service. Never again!

I was extremely impressed with the level of service I experience at Brazilian Butterfly in Essendon. The girls were extremely professional, I had the manager treat me on the day and she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I have find my new regular beauty salon and would recommend it to all my friends.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I was given a wax and the girl then proceeded to go out into the front area and discuss my hair growth etc with the receptionist in front of the waiting room with people in it! I complained, and was given a refund and a half hearted apology from the manager when I said I would come into the business and tell other customers waiting about my experience because it was devastating. I requested a direct apology from the employee involved and the Manager told me she would call the police if I called again to ask!!!! She said I was "threatening" by asking!! Terrible, terrible. No wonder people feel self conscious in these places, knowing the staff feel free to discuss their bits in the public area. Essendon BB, NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent. Was made to feel comfortable the minute I walked through the door. Wax was done quickly with minimal pain. Loved the results. Very helpful staff and the wax they use is of high quality. Won't go anywhere else.

The girls are great here, They make a painful experience seem like nothing at all :) Great for a laugh(nice detraction from the pain trust me!) and always willing to squeeze you in at the last minute!

It was my first time having a Brazilian and i was unsure of what to expect - painwise. I gave it ago and the girls were really nice and comforting there. I dont think waxing is for everyone but if i was to do it again i would definately go there.
