I arrived 10 minutes early and the staff there left me waiting for 20 minutes past my bookin time, the girl seemed not interested in doing her job as at one time picked up her phone to text someone .. left dissatisfied with my treatment as some area's were missed

You get what you pay for. No nonsense fuss free hair removal. Done quickly and accurately depending on which staff member is available.

Walked into the salon and was greeted by 3 young girls laughing and playing with their phones.
Sat and waited for my appointment for around 10 minutes even though I arrived on time and the girls weren't busy.
Got taken into waxing room and during it I could hear the other two employees laughing and running around.
The girl seeing me seemed more interested in joining in the fun at reception.

My waxing grew out after a week which indicated the hair was not removed from the root, just ripped out at skin level.
Will NOT be returning.

I had my eyelashes tinted for the very first time there. Not only was the young lady experienced but she was a great balm for my nerves. I found that I will return there time and again as the service was beyond the norm.
