Working in a broadcast studio as an Audio Operator puts my back in an incorrect position for extended periods of time without break. In particular the middle of my back. I was travelling around Tasmania camping and had spent 2 weeks sleeping on a slim sleeping mat. This led me to find a massage therapist in Hobart to give me some relief before l returned to Sydney. Stuart used a technique he has called 'Volitional Release'. I could not have expected better results. It is nearly a month on now and l feel a lasting effect. This technique gave me the power to let go of muscles and tension that has been stored for many years. These tensions and pains were so deep and long lasting l believed no practitioner would fully reach them rather give me relief for a certain period of time. I am pleased to say that it is almost a month on and l am still feeling the lasting results of the Volitional Release. More exciting l can revisit the Volitional Release techniques shown to me while back in Sydney when l feel tension creeping back in. I believe this is a true long lasting treatment. Unfortunately l am in based in Sydney. However l will most definitely make my way back to Hobart to have this treatment again and go deeper into my healing. Stuart's remedial massage therapy has been the only treatment of this nature that has truly worked on my lower back pain. Seeing Stuart regularly meant I had no pain! Unfortunately I now live interstate and no longer use Stuart's therapy, but I do still use technique that he taught me to assist with my lower back!

Stuart was able to take my booking at short notice, listen to my issue and actually fixed my lower back pain. I can highly recommend a massage at Breeze to anyone that suffers back pain.
