I recently ordered two air filters for my Triton. A few days later I collected my parcel from the Post Office but only one filter had arrived. Actually the price of two (including postage) was cheaper than buying one locally so I was already winning with the one that had arrived. The other one was going to be a spare. I decided to contact Brett's and spoke to a very decent person on the phone. He looked at my order and told me that he was sorry for the mistake and would send the missing filter out in the next mail. Not a problem. A few days later I received it in the mail. I realise that the double postage would mean a loss for Brett's but that shows how much they care about providing good service. I am so impressed and thank Brett's most sincerely.
