Ordered from Brett's trucks on a Wednesday morning at 6:30am.
Purchased two indicator lenses and a brake relay for my truck.

Paid for express post as I needed it urgently.

Expected it to go out same day at 3pm as promised on there website.

Didn't receive any notification of delivery by Friday afternoon so I called up at 3:30pm.

Guy on the phone couldn't be less interested about my order.

Claimed it had been sent out and I asked why not on Wednesday and he said so what’s the problem. Couldn't care less about customer service or the fact that my order was not sent out.

8 mins later my Auspost account updates and says item is being processed for pickup. Coincidence?

Lists delivery as parcel post and not express post, called back and spoke to someone to clarify why it wasn't express? He said to write an email to them asking and then basically hung up on me.

So I wrote an email and still have received no response.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

Would rather burn my own truck to the ground before purchasing thru them again

Delt with Bretts on and off for years for differnt vehicals from bulk buys to a single purchase, never had a problem with parts , orders or delivery to QLD. Have recomended then to family and friends who have also been happy with their service , either directly or through eBay. They also seem to be able to find that odd part you are looking for for an old truck of bus, I trust them.
