Bricks and Agent delete records that will protect tenants in court. The reports have disappeared and support line wasn’t able to retrieve them either.

We have reported an electrical fault and unsafe installations which was not attended and can cause future damage. They first sent us emails while they were getting approvals, and then they have removed any records of our reports. These records are important if the agents try to blame us for the future damage and claim that we’ve never reported issues.

The best option is reporting damages directly to agents via email, this way you’re in control of your records.

The worst program I have ever used. BDM signed me up to trial Invoice Automate, promised that all bills will be process without spending too much times, needless to say. nothing Automate, I sign up for 12 months, they won't fix the problem, ask me to pay out the contract for $5,000 after initial $2,500 then I can leave or stay with them until contract end next February, account manager doesn't want to deal with their useless program, only promised us and never want to help sort out our problem. Support team was aware of this issue but only requests us to send a screen shot to identify problems in their program, without notify us how this is fixed or not, he never answered the phone call, no idea what the problems with Error are, keep saying it is user problem. MRI is the mother US company, no idea what product they implement to use within their product. Do NOT Sign Up with their product/program, my mistake to believe that it will save our times using their program.
Can't wait to finish with them and stay away for good, not happy to pay the contract/program that never work. BUT this is Australia, no one cares who lose money, Fair Trading has no help. Consumer is the one who loses money. Who cares!

Poor service
Support says couple of hours
Their BDM pushed to get you to sign a 12 month contract.
You raise a query to get a response s voile if days later
Too many bugs for you you are a Guinea pig, they ask for snapshot if all bugs to help them fix
And if you complain you get told to leave and ofcourse they refuse to refund your money

Beware fellow tradies, this might be a handy service that generates work but B+A don’t guarantee payment. They take their fee from you when the job has been completed but don’t have any process in place to ensure the landlord actually pays you. So you end up paying B+A a commission for something you didn’t even get paid for, leaving you more out of pocket.
