My dress was very beautiful (and very expensive!), however:
1. I was verbally advised that my wedding dress was made to fit, however it wasn’t.
2. One of my bridesmaids dress arrived in the wrong size. Then after resizing, it came back with unfinished seams and missing a layer of chiffon. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to have this fixed before my destination wedding.
3. My wedding dress had several marks on it.

The owner was very unhelpful and refused to accept responsibility for any of these issues.

I visited here to try on some wedding dresses. I made an appointment even though it was clearly not necessary. The store had recently moved from Manuka to Fyshwick and there seemed to be very little stock here. The woman was unfriendly, the store was quiet and not at all appealing, making for an incredibly awkward experience. I would not recommend this store for anyone!
