I've been attending this dental surgery for more than a decade and always receive the best care from Erna, she is amazing!
I have been here a few times and it is always good food and great service. I recently organised a large group dinner at Ellacure and everyone was extremely impressed with the food and the service. Nothing is much of a big deal for them and they are always helpful. The prices are well worth it!

We visited here for the first time last night and it was a mixed experience. The tasting plate we had was amazing, but was slightly marred by the waitress that was showing us to a table picking up a cloth from the floor to wipe out table with.

My partner and I received a gift voucher for a couples massage, canapés and champagne. The massage itself was rather poor, and not at all firm which is what we asked for. The "canapés" consisted of stale sandwiches, and not so fresh fruit. I opted for a glass of water instead of champagne, which in hindsight was a very bad choice as I was just given a glass of lukewarm tap water. The "relaxation lounge" consisted of 4 chairs, a bar stool and a coffee table which wasn't enough for the number of people that were coming through. The change rooms are shared between the day spa and the hotel pool which is not pleasant. I would not recommend here when there are many other good day spa facilities in Canberra.

I have been taking my pets to Inner South Vet for about a year and was relatively happy with the service (except for an unpleasant receptionist) until recently.
We left our pet rabbits in the care of the attached cattery for 6 days and were absolutely shocked with the experience. They are very spoiled house pets and one has a chronic illness so we called every second day to check on them. Each time we were told things like "they are fine, we'll call you if there's a problem" and "they're doing rabbit-like things". However when we collected them we discovered that after the first night the "experienced" staff had separated them causing them extreme stress and also breaking the bond between them, not to mention the exposed electrical cable and the loud, large bird they were housed with that was causing extra, undue stress.
It has been a month since this experience and our house has still not returned to normal. The fighting is so bad I have even had to go to hospital for stitches after separating the rabbits.
I would never, ever recommend sending a beloved pet here!
I visited here to try on some wedding dresses. I made an appointment even though it was clearly not necessary. The store had recently moved from Manuka to Fyshwick and there seemed to be very little stock here. The woman was unfriendly, the store was quiet and not at all appealing, making for an incredibly awkward experience. I would not recommend this store for anyone!

After moving house a few months ago we picked Belconnen Woolworths as our regular supermarket for weekly shopping and having been going there ever since. A few days ago we had such a horrific experience that we will never be back. We scanned our groceries at the self-scan checkout only to have the register freeze just before we paid. We were asked (not so politely) to rescan everything at another register only to have this register freeze also. Apparently the problem was a voucher we were using SENT TO US BY WOOLWORTHS! We were then lectured by the service representative (later discovered to be the customer service manager) and asked to have our groceries scanned a third time after a lengthy wait to see if either register would re-load. The store was busy and we were utterly humiliated by being made to look the cause of the problem and being lectured about something that was far from our problem. In the end after more than 30 minutes of just trying to pay for our groceries we left empty handed and visited another supermarket to start the process over.
The customer service manager was not at all apologetic and did not handle the situation in an appropriate manner!
I love Adore Tea. If you visit in winter and sit outside they give you a blanket each to keep warm, as well as having plenty of heating. The teas are amazing and there are so many varieties that it is almost impossible to choose.

I visited here as I had Entertainment vouchers and it was well worth the trip. The design your own meals are fantastic and I love that all meals are made fresh to order. Definitely visit again.

I ordered a pizza online from here last night. Delivery was free if I signed up to their club for free, and the pizza arrived within 40 minutes when they quoted 1 hour. The pizza itself was great, a little pricey, but well worth it.
