My husband and I have been visiting Dr Masoumeh Hakihashem for our dental care and treatment for nearly three years, during these years we had our teeth crowned & Bridged, had emergency treatment and general Dental care etc. The expertise of Dr Hakihashem is really first class, the experience of our visit to her Clinic is really excellent. For example:

1. I had a very unpleasant treatment with my previous Dentist which resolved a black tooth, I wanted him to fix the black tooth but he said that he cannot do it. But Dr Hakihashem crowned it for me and now I can look at the mirror with a sunshine smile. I cannot thank Dr Hakhashem more.

2. Dr Hakihashem and her team are very professional and friendly, her clinic is well-equipped and very clean. We always feel warm welcomed.

3. I find, the location of the Clinic is very convenient, it has a back parking spot. It will only take me 5 minutes’ walk from the Preston Market train station.

4. Dr Hakihashem always offers discount for our treatments even her charge is already less than other Dental clinics’s.

Had 2 fillings done aswell as getting a thorough clean out. It was a bit sore when i had the clean out done, but it was expected seeing how i didnt take care of my teeth. Dentist and assistant were very friendly and caring. Very happy with the results being my first time with bright smile. Im booked in 6 months time for another checkup. Highly recommend bright smile dental clinic to all.

Dr Hajihashem and the team are lovely to deal with, I'm a nervy customer and the ladies made my visits relaxed and were extremely gentle during treatment. She talked me through every step of the procedure and was very gentle and helpful whenever I had questions. Quick and painless at all times and most importantly listens to her clients. Highly recommended I hate dentist visits and this was the only clinic I was calm enough to go back again and again.

After subjecting myself to two unsatisfactory dental groups in the last 6 months, I was sceptical to say the least about a third.
Imagine my surprise to have located an all round first-class experience.
I was immediately impressed from my enquiry with Deanne and further with my initial consultation with Dr Hajihashem. The costs quoted were considerably lower than the standard, along with honest, caring and professional advice.
Coincidently, my autistic daughter developed a toothache shortly thereafter and the attention, patience and effort exercised to ensure she was comfortable through every stage of her treatment was exceptional.

The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The dentist took the time to explain what was happening with my teeth and made me feel involved in the process. Excellent dentist - definitely recommend it.

I received excellent dental care at Bright Smile, very thorough and pain free. Im usually a very anxious patient but the team made me feel very comfortable and even relaxed. Highly recommended, and they are the nicest people and very welcoming. Dr Hajihashem and nurse were very sensitive to my needs asking if I was ok during the treatment, They were very professional making me feel well cared for. One of the very best dental surgeries in Melbourne.and would recommend to anyone who wants top quality treatment/s for great price.

I recently visited their clinic and I must that say that Dr. Masoumeh is a good doctor and a fantastic human being. I had visited another doctor a week back and was not happy with her as she was very impatient and charged way more than Dr. Masoumeh. I took my treatment plan and copy of my x-ray to Dr. Masoumeh. She just charged for the filling and not for the consultation. I would definitely recommend this clinic for everyone out there with dental problem.

I was amazed at how quickly Dr.Hajihashem was able to help me. I needed an extraction and a tooth added to my exsisting denture and it was all completed in approximately 4.5 hours. Her explanations at every step of my treatment
was very reassuring and comforting. No pain....no stress....
