Led to believe that I was recieving a great service, all happy and welcoming.[redacted clinical content]. Soon discovered that they are pushy, dishonest, give me attitude if I ask to many questions and reception avoided telling me that they dont deal with my healthcare provider so not getting full rebate instead steering me to dentacare telling me i can claim from both healthcare providers. Be very wary as looks are decieving!! [redacted clinical content] 4 others I know have found also they are pushy and no longer visit.

Was going there for years, great dental clinic but very pushy and a little off centre of the truth when recommending the best value for money option at the reception counter and in the dentist room also.

Was just to expensive and the truth was going further south too so had to change.

Bright Star Dental practice catered to all my family needs. I have recently had lovely new crowns done, which really improved my bite and made me feel great to smile again. And my husband says he had the most thorough clean and polish he has ever had. Thoroughly recommend this practice and its great team to everyone.

My husband has been a patient at this clinic for many years and the location has previously deterred me from accessing their services. I have to admit that I was wrong. Dr Alena Brichko has treated both my grandmother and I with a lot of care, knowledge and ability, explaining to us every step of the way and going out of her way to make us feel comfortable. It was painfree and high-tech dentistry, combined with care and skill, mixed in with a warm welcome from the staff at reception desk from when we entered the building...although costly treatments, I think we all know that our teeth are worth it!!!
