Effective treatment and excellent customer service. Natalie is very easy to like, she listens to you intently and treats you well. She's a gifted physio who knows exactly where to look and how to fix your pain. highly recommended.

Something was different about these guys. They seem relaxed and down to earth. Yet they are professionals. So yeah, excellent service, would recommend!! My injury has abated too! Trust their skill.

WOW! I was about to go to a Chiro after seeing 4 physio's who didn't help my injury. But Natalie was quickly able to find out what was wrong, she was hands on and really seemed keen to fix my pain. The receptionist who I think is a counsellor by trade was really friendly too. I totally recommend this physiotherapy clinic to anyone in pain, with a sports injury who wants the best quality service.

Apart from the fact the treatment really worked, I found the service at Brighton Bay Physiotherapy to be friendly and professional. The physio herself was thorough and attentive and I didn't ever feel like I was being 'over serviced' (as in too many appointments being required) and that she seemed genuinely interested in my ailments, and dedicated to fixing them! Overall a comfortable and worthwhile experience.
