I bought a Captiva from them and all was good except the thing that [Redacted name] ripped us off in finance. When we came to book the car he was such a gentleman and soft spoken person and it appeared that he will be doing a good deal in financing the car.

After I took the delivery of the car and a day later a friend of mine informed me that the market finance rates are way lower (to the tune of 6.5-7%) whereas we were charged @10%.

He charged us an exorbitant so called Dealer Origination fee of $615 (which is charged nowhere else).

So a word of advice "Do not go into finance with them . [Redacted alternative business name]"

Now that I'm stuck with it as there is a huge early exit fee.

I'll end up paying about $3000 more than I would have paid with some other company for a finance of only $19500 over the finance period.

Kindly share this post with others also so that they don't have to shell out more money with this finance scam.

Whenever I go in for a car servicing or such, they're always really friendly and helpful, and never try and BS me into paying more than I should. Strongly recommend, and have a hell of a lot of respect for them.

Buying a used car can be difficult, but at this Holden I was very surprised. I had a great sellsman who didn't try the old used car salesman tricks! I bought a Chrysler second hand and they were extremely helpful. Good price too. The salesman even say a little dint on the door and sent it to get repaired! I didn't even need to ask!
