The service at Brilliant Eyes was very efficient. The girls at the desk looked very neat in their uniforms and very in control. My appointment was on time and the optometrist was very fun to talk to. When I got my contacts, the lady assisting me was also very patient and cheerful.

Great staff and customer service, with a wide range of frames and styles to choose from, also price is reasonable compared to others and overall a wonderful experience.

The girls at the counter are always so helpful & friendly & the optometrists do a thorough checkup every time & always give you an easy to understand explanation when it comes to the condition of your eyes. They do not try to up sell their designer frames unless that's what you're really after. Instead they will always offer you a cheaper alternative that looks just as stylish. It's totally up to you. So far they have the best prices for contact lenses I have come across.

As soon as you walk through the door, the nicest staff are there to greet you. They are so wam and helpful, always on the ball. Especially if you're a student on a budget, you can choose from a range of glasses and contacts to suit, without it costing an arm and a leg.
