Thoroughly disappointed by this place. Went there around midday for a coffee with my boyfriend, and they forgot to bring out my latte (after waiting half an hour). The waitress was disorientated, not sure of our table number, the barrister was a cocky arrogent @ss whose apathy really annoyed me. We were served cake, and then 20 minutes later my boyfriends coffee arrived. 30 minutes later when i went in to ask where my latte was the barrister gave me a foul look and said it's coming. 10 minutes after this when it hadnt arrived and my boyfriend had finished, we left. a business cant serve one coffee and not another when two people are out. You'd expect this kind of service elsewhere, but not on fitzroy st. Dont go there, they are nasty and couldnt care less.

Everything under one roof. It caters to laundry, dry cleaning and offers internet while you wait. Everything is clean and new. Staff are amazingly helpful. This place has lots of character.

Smiggle is a stationary nut's dream. For all the inner kids out there, this place has everything. From the smallest erasers, to notebooks and smelly gel pens. It makes my office bright and colourful. Cheap too.

Nice location, close enough to the beach, always a good night at the espy. If you are a band-lover and like the live music scene, this is a manditory pub.

A local pulse, this place is my favourite watering hole. We love sitting by the window, watching the crazy locals pass us bye. The drinks are cheap, the place is always full of colourful characters, and there's always someone to challange to a game of killer pool.

You must go there on a Thursday night....it's $10 steak night. The most tender steak, mash and salad at a bargain price. It's fast service. The staff are efficient, the location is lovely, they play great cruisey music, and spot the local hotties all around (this place is a babe magnet).

They have a huge amount of staff and also a professional exhibition space for anyone wanting to launch their photos in a gallery. Quick and good quality prints. As soon as you walk through the door, the nicest staff are there to greet you. They are so wam and helpful, always on the ball. Especially if you're a student on a budget, you can choose from a range of glasses and contacts to suit, without it costing an arm and a leg.

They do fantastic breakfasts, at great prices. The wait staf are always freidnly, (and easy on the eyes). Perfect place to come, for the hang-over brekky...fast, reasonably priced. They know how to cook eggs!
