I think it's a great practice. It seems organised and efficient with good doctors. They always seem to accommodate for appointments required at the last minute,

I have been coming here for years and have always found everyone to be very helpful and efficient. I always book a 20 min appointment as I have complex problems to look after. They have plenty of female doctors on as well , which is good and I can always get an appointment when I need one

The pros of this medical centre: conveniently located, can usually get a same day appointment, bulk bills for students.

The cons: appointments are 10 minutes only, poor and impersonal service, business means receptionists don't always focus on quality customer service.

The last time I was in there, I waited for almost 2 hours after my appointment time only to find out that the receptionists had forgotten to note my presence in the computer and that was why it had taken so long for me to get in for my very simple appointment. The doctors all do their jobs, but it's often impersonal and rushed, presumably because of the volume of patients seen each day - there's no kind of personal relationship or caring with patients.

Great for short-notice appointments and simple matters, but if you're looking for a regular GP or a more friendly service, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I recently started a new job in Brisbane City and this doctor was recommended. They were very helpful, fitted me in a short notice and the Doctor was excellent.

Great convenient medical centre in the centre of Brisbane. Very handy lunchtime 10min express appointments for the working people. They have always been helpful and I have never had to wait long. Every doctor I have seen has been really good.
