They pulled apart and cleaned two locks to save me replacing them, but when one failed they came out again and replaced it at a reduced (overall) cost. Good service, just bad luck one of the locks was too old to save. Competitive pricing.

I got four doors rekeyed by this company recently. I was impressed with their booking service and then was amazed when the locksmith turned up when they said he would! You get too used to tradesmen not turning up or turning up really late. The locksmith was friendly, did his job quickly and checked I was happy before I left. Took credit card which was handy. Very impressed.
