It’s good knowing that you are so reliable. It was exactly the same when my original tank failed in 2019 and Stephan came straight away and replaced it even though I had never been a customer in the past. Great service.

Coming home to a river coming out of your hot water system is kinda stressful but thankfully National plumbing & gas was to the rescue! Natalie on the phone was extremely helpful and Billy was super informative and fitted my new HWS and had it running in under 4 hrs! Thanks for all your help and super efficient service!!!

One of the best service experiences we have ever had - the staff at NP&G and Billy were fantastic!

After our gas hot water service system failed we called National Plumbing and Gas (NPG) and Billy contacted us within minutes and arrived at our home in the late afternoon within 40 minutes. The system was checked and needed replacement which was completed within a couple of hours and is working perfectly.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service experience.
