Stefan and Natalie were extremely quick at organising and completing out installation of a new gas stove. Stefan went above and beyond the ensure everything was complaint. Will have them as our preferred contact for pluming and gas now.

Our family has been calling on Billy and his crew over 5 years now.
Not only the usual taps and drain problems but also bigger tasks: Extra downspouts for heavy rains, (they worked brilliantly!) and just a few weeks ago an installation of a new dishwasher and an outside garden tap. While Stefan was here he also checked out our gas and hot water systems for safety and reminded us to check for the manufacturer’s advice for future callouts.
All our jobs have come with itemised quotes. Costs for the work done have been fair and reasonable, and we know that when we need the team they are only a phone call away!

Quality service and very helpful. Billy was able to fix the gas leak in a timely manner as well as help with an additional tap installation when requested.

Brilliant! Our 20 year old hot water system died. Billy literally turned up within an hour and had a new system installed and running within a couple of hours. I couldn't recommend him more strongly!
