Only in Broken Hill for a short visit,it was the first place to get information on the local area and it's history. Not having transport we were limited to walking and the information from the friendly staff gave us a few places to see. The centre also has souvenirs and a Gloria Jeans Cafe. Very informative and would recommend the first place to go when staying here for a few days!

The Broken Hill Visitor Information Centre is an interesting and informative venue to seek out activities and things to do in Broken Hill. The staff were friendly and helpful when seeking advice on interesting places to see and other leisure activities. There were also a good range of souvenirs like pens, caps, stubby holders, magnets, animals place mats cards and other memorabilia of Broken Hill and surrounding areas. There is also a cafe for a coffee or a bite to eat.
