My experience with them is not good. They dealt with my concerns poorly and in an extremely unprofessional manner and even threatened to remove me from the store physically if I didn't leave. I was just trying to reach a suitable outcome for which I went to them in the first place. The staff members were helpful but the management was downright rude. I wouldn't shop here ever ever again. Poor form I say.............. :(
