There was no guidance for me, a totally inexperienced buyer (I mentioned to Brad and team 3 times). Apart from friendliness, the service was poor. I had difficulty working out the value of the property I was considering. I was told there was no other properties for sale or sold in the Mundaring town centre. The best Brad could give me was a shop for sale in Sawyers Valley (a much smaller town). My own check rapidly and easily revealed four commercial properties for sale in Mundaring. I just needed to calculate via sq area to come up with a value. Much later in the buying process I was advised by a non realtor that Landgate provides sales info. That advice was great. I did not get it from Brookwood. There is also a bare block of same size 3 blocks down. Very useful information I found myself. A fire in the roof was partially intimated. My inspector found a major fire with major damage and shoddy repairs in the roof. Brad was totally unwilling to bat for me to lower the price even though this was totally new and major. Many things occurred where I just shake my head and am so so glad that the process is over.
