Please stay away from this provider before you become the next victim. We hired them to replace the new gutter, down pipes and roof restoration. The newly installed gutter having some serious levelling issue that required to be fixed; that was identified 3 months later after the work were done where the raining season brought us attention to the issue, the water is not flowing to the downpipe, it caused some serious issue on roof drainage system which will eventually cause the damage on the newly installed gutter. We had tried several times ( since July2013) to get this fix, the provider who kept on promising to get a plumber have a look on it but they never turned up and help to address the issue. Not only that they are not responsive but they were totally ignored the phone call and not letting us know what was the next plan.It is unfortunate to have such irresponsible and arrogant provider.Up to this point of time they have done nothing since my complaint on last July, many follow SMSs were sent to them but they don't come back to us with the concrete solution or action plans. It is now OCT and I don't anticipated they will address the issue, I will definitely seek some advises from consumer affairs and strongly request compensation so that we could pay other provider to address the issue. It was roughly AUD10k cost we paid to them but we were encountered a badly post-sales service!!! So if you think about using them ...please think twice !

I have a lot of respect for the reviews given by fellow members for a particular business. So given the high ratings for this business, I frankly did not look in too many places to take a quote to clean my tiles and repoint my roof. BUT having said that the QUALITY of the work that I got was..in one word "SPECTACULAR"..this business REALLY lives up to it's name. The guy who had come over to do the work was very courteous. What set this business apart was that this guy actually took LONGER than what is required. BUT this was not because he was inefficient. On the contrary, he told me that he might take a bit longer upfront because he does not like to leave until he is satisfied that HE is satisfied with the job that he has done. This outlook of his was well truly refreshing and after he had finished his work, I could see what he meant. A business who employs people who take pride in their work surely HAS to succeed and this one is no different. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking to do any roof restoration for their house.

I use them for roof restoration. They remove and replace all the broken tiles, pressure clean the roof, repoint all caps and re-bed caps. The job was done in time, and the workers are very friendly. Recommended to anyone require this type of service.
