This is a business that thinks that the customers need THEM rather than vice-versa. There is a fading newspaper cutting of the owner being felicitated that is framed and I guess the owner is deluded into thinking there is NO ONE better than him. They are RUDE to a point that I had to pinch myself as if to ask myself "Is this REAL"..I asked for my order with garlic sauce and the lamb not to be chopped too finely (was a take-away lamb container). The owner told me to take it the way he sold it or I could go somewhere else. Moreover he was arrogant enough to point me to the next shop saying.."You want you can go to the next shop..if you want MY meat you take it how I SERVE it"..It was just recently (about 2-3 months back) whilst doing a renovation job, I was talking to my tiler about going to try this shop..and he said that the owner was very rude and they don't go there anymore...I should have listened!!!..and it's not JUST the two of us...It seems like more and more people are discovering NOT their FOOD but their insolance..And all this for WHAT...food that is of AVERAGE quality...Thanks but NO THANKS

I have a lot of respect for the reviews given by fellow members for a particular business. So given the high ratings for this business, I frankly did not look in too many places to take a quote to clean my tiles and repoint my roof. BUT having said that the QUALITY of the work that I got was..in one word "SPECTACULAR"..this business REALLY lives up to it's name. The guy who had come over to do the work was very courteous. What set this business apart was that this guy actually took LONGER than what is required. BUT this was not because he was inefficient. On the contrary, he told me that he might take a bit longer upfront because he does not like to leave until he is satisfied that HE is satisfied with the job that he has done. This outlook of his was well truly refreshing and after he had finished his work, I could see what he meant. A business who employs people who take pride in their work surely HAS to succeed and this one is no different. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking to do any roof restoration for their house.

I'd heard of this business through one of my friends, but wanted to check the market before blindly committing to them. After getting close to 4 quotes (ducted heating & evaporative cooling), I finally decided to go with them and I was really glad that I did. The enthusiasm shown by by Travis right from the beginning is very contagious. He goes through the house asking questions and recommending things as if it were his own house. The crew that came over to do the job were very professional and very polite. They completed the job within the agreed time frame and made sure that I got all the required documentation and warranties. The only blemish in an otherwise spot free performance was that of the electrician who hurried explaining the working of the unit. But then again these units are not THAT complex which require too much explanation anyways. I'd SURELY recommend these guys to anyone interested in installing ducted heating and cooling units in their homes.

I had a very bad impression after dealing with Carpet Call in Hoppers Crossing (the person Sam was overly rude and least forthcoming). I gave Carpet Call (Nunawading) a call after reading their reviews on this site. Spoke to a very nice guy called George. Although our house was WAY out of his place, he still did not hesitate even once to come over to our place and give us a quote. Very punctual and very friendly. He made us feel at ease and more than made up for the ill behavior of the other branch.

One of the best electricians I have come across yet. We too had an electrical problem at our place after the storm. Victor came over to our place and boy is he good. He asked all the right questions so that he could diagnose the problem correctly. Our house too was water damaged. Not only did he fix the affected areas, he made sure that there was no other possible problem points. An expert in his trade, with a great nature. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Will surely go to him again.
