i love the fact this place is super sustainable, it shows that more cafes should be like this. the food is all locally sourced and delicious. This place is inspiring and what the future needs. How it works is you choose a broth and ingredients. its fun and it comes in garden pots :) LOVED IT

Definitely different to its predecessor, Brothl serves soup. The soups are very hearty and very gourmet. no boring chicken & corn, or minestrone here. Expect soups such as bouillabaisse done in modern variations, lamb harissa etc.
As with Joost, the serving sizes are not on the generous size, however given the rich and hearty nature of the soups, and the accompanying bread and butter, this should not be a problem. As the french saying goes, quality over quantity!
