I went to this clinic for years and found the GPs excellent. Only stopped because I moved away. Great clinic because all the doctors were professional and caring.

Dr Carol is very attentive and gentle towards kids. They offer bulk billing for kids, which is great. They can be quite busy, so book your appointment in advance. The reception is friendly too.

A new female doctor has started with the clinic and they are now taking new patients. Dr Kathleen McDonald is great. (As are all the doctors there). She rarely runs behind (the most I have waited is 5 minutes).

I just moved into this area and was looking for a good clinic. Great I came across this through here. Dr Carol was detailed when diagnosing my infant. Bulk billing is available to kids which is great. This clinic is so popular that they are not taking any new patient.

Very impressed by this medical practice! I first took my son here as a bub because I couldn't get in to my regular doctor, and they were able to squeeze me in, as a new patient, on the day. I was very impressed by Dr. Toh, she was lovely. And yes, they bulk bill kids, but I've also been seen there myself and they have an instant Medicare rebate machine, so you get back your benefit straight then and there.
Between my son & I, I've seen 4 different doctors there and all have been great. Kind and caring, taking their time with each visit. My son screams at the doctor's and they've all handled his fits really well.
Also, the reception is grrrreat, excellent service, very helpful. I'm impressed that I'm always able to get a last minute appointment, which is important with children. The reception staff also encourage you to ring a bit before your appointment to see if the Doc is running on time or behind. This has been VERY handy, saving me 40 minute waits in the waiting room at times.

Dr. Tina Toh (at Brunswick Medical Group) is THE BEST doctor I have ever seen - she has been so helpful, understanding and professional. The nurse is also fantastic (the flu shot and other vaccinations I've had didn't hurt at all!) and the reception staff are all very friendly too. There is bulk billing for students under 26 (which was great when I was a student under 26... sadly I am no longer!!), children and seniors. The only problem is this medical centre has become so popular that it can be hard to get an appointment (I don't think they're taking on many new patients at the moment) and waiting times can be a while (though aren't they at any medical centre or doctor's surgery?!?)
