Extremely DISSAPOINTED....
we engaged the services of BSS Group on the back of a friend's recommendation. We had bought a 1930's home and wanted to know what maintenance/repair work was required of what period of time.
The report we received was less than the building inspection we had done prior to buying the place.
BSS charged us $1650 for a report that gave us nothing. Do not engage their services....
