This is some of the best Italian I’ve had for a while. Beautiful zucchini flowers and great simple pesto gnocchi. Would highly recommend for a date or nice night out.

Best Italian dining I have experienced in Brisbane. Of the 5 meals served to our table this evening, nothing could be faulted. Would highly reccommend Bucci to anyone wanting an excellant Italian dining experience. Service is exceptional.

Never had a bad meal here - although more expensive than other restaurants, it is worth it as the quality is good, the service thorough and pleasant. Great choice of wine!

Love this italian place in the Valley. My husband took me here for my birthday and I loved it. I started with an Aperol cocktail and then we had Chianti with dinner. I tried a special which was a pasta with mussels - it was so good, shame its not on their regular menu. My husband had Nonna's meatballs which he was very happy with. Will definitely be going back.

Went there last night. I had the rack of lamb (a personal obsession) and it was lovely, tender and melt in the mouth. My partner had the veal saltimboca, which he'd never tried before. He said it was very nice but kept trying to flog my lamb so don't think it really took his breath away. But that could just be personal taste. It certainly looked good. We shared the tirimasu (another obsession) for dessert. Service was great. Very attentive. Would definitely go back

My girl friend and I went for dinner to Bucci on Friday evening. The booking was made in the morning for that reason we did not have any other option but take limited seating from 6pm to 7:30pm. We turned up and were seated earlier - at 5:45pm even though they had a sign up about opening at 6pm. Good service and that part.

We decided to share entrees (CIABATTA RUSTICA and RICOTTA DELLA NONNA AL FORNO CON FICHI)
and IL POLPO ARROSTITO. Food was fresh and delicious. It was first time I tested fresh figs and was very nicely surprised by its taste. Octopus was very well prepared. Baked ricotta was interestingly presented. Service was professional and friendly.

The only one thing I was a bit disappointed with was selection of wines. They apparently do not have any slightly sweet wine that is not desert wine. I had a coctail (listed as first) that was slightly sweet but sour more.

I would recommend to anyone taste BUCCÏ GELATO E SORBETO SELECTION as desert. Gelato was light but satisfactory. BUCCI TIRAMISU had a rich layer of cacao on top, decarated by piece of delicisious dark thin piece of chocolate.

I was very impressed with the restaurant, food and service they deliver. The only one unfortunate is pricing...it is definitely a great venue for special occassion but definitely not for regular dinning :(

Bucci is a lovely traditional Italian restaurant with traditional cuisine. Staff are very knowledgable about the food and so happy to help out and educate staff on the italian cuisine and cooking methods.

The menu is a bit confusing and offers light snacks, traditional courses as well as "tapas" style sharing plates. This can be a little awkward when dining with several people wanting different things. We opted for the share plates and although the quality and tastes of the individual dishes were great they were all very rich and somewhat meaty leaving us yearning some salad greens or vegetables. Perhaps we should have chosen better but it would have been nice for the waiter to suggest something like that seeing he knew there was a lack of balance in the dishes. I would like to go back to try the homemade pasta which looked great on dishes of other patrons.
