Sig has handled all of my inquiries professionally and quickly, then inspected the property and provided the quick feedback for me. Sig was incredible. We weren’t sure if we needed a private inspector however we are glad we did. His eye for detail and thoroughness was outstanding. Great communicator between us and the builder. Picked up MANY more items than the builders inspector. When we were spending money on our house this was a small price to make sure we got what we paid for. Worth every penny. Highly recommend him.
