Very expensive for what they offer. The inspection was very basic. The report had more disclaimers lines than the item of inspections. The report they provided of pre purchase inspection can be performed by anyone with somewhat knowledge of construction. Very disappointed

Hamley were so amazing! I called them on a weekend and they got in touch with my agent straight away and I was booked in for Monday morning. The reports they give you are so easy to read and the pictures are wonderful to aid with understanding. They are all exceptional communicators and you have a contact for the life of your property which makes you feel so comfortable and supported. Could not recommend the team at Hamley enough!

Juliet went above and beyond our expectations. She called us after her inspection and discussed the report page by page ensuring we understood her findings. Found out about Hamley after doing a quick search through some Melbourne-based reddit threads about home inspectors. Checked out the site, saw there was a way to book online (great for someone who doesn't like phone calls), and went for it.

Everything was organised real fast, inspection was booked for 1pm and the report came in just after 9pm. Report itself was very thorough and helpful.

Hopefully won't need to use again, but if we do the we'll be contacting Hamley for sure.

It eas a great experience from start to finish, the quote was quick and reasonable explaining all the inclusions and exclusions clearly. Once engaged, the communication with the agent, scheduling etc happened seamlessly and we got the reports the next day with all the relevant information we needed to proceed with the purchase.

I recently engaged Hamley as I had issues with my rental agent not reporting a leaking shower for over 12 months. Hamley were recommend by a friend who has used them.
