Sig is amazing to work with always kept me updated and even accepted calls after hours due to my work schedule. He goes above and beyond and is so particular which is exactly what I wanted especially due to Covid and not being able to visit the house myself it was nice to have someone so trustworthy go out on my behalf. Sig has handled all of my inquiries professionally and quickly, then inspected the property and provided the quick feedback for me. The quoted price was also a lot better than other companies I had spoken to.

Sig was incredible. We weren’t sure if we needed a private inspector however we are glad we did. His eye for detail and thoroughness was outstanding. Great communicator between us and the builder. Picked up MANY more items than the builders inspector. When we were spending money on our house this was a small price to make sure we got what we paid for. Worth every penny. Highly recommend him.
