Building & Pest Services WA were recommended and viewed the property with a registered builder, explained the issue and completed the works that week. The work was high quality and on time as promised. Outstanding service and reasonably priced, would absolutely recommend to others.

Gordy was a great communicator and was clear about what work would be done and how I would be invoiced. He did the work on the agreed date and sent photos of the completed work as I live a long way away from the rental property. A fair price for very good work.
