Gordy was a great communicator and was clear about what work would be done and how I would be invoiced. He did the work on the agreed date and sent photos of the completed work as I live a long way away from the rental property. A fair price for very good work.

As usual Gordy was on time and carried out a very thorough inspection of our house. He cleaned up any mess he made whilst accessing the ceilings.
